    Project Manager

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Experience leading commercial construction projects (5+ years)
    • Experience creating project schedules
    • Experience reviewing construction documents (submittals, plans, specifications, etc.)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Project
    • OSHA-10 Certification

    TYPICAL DUTIES

    • Coordinate all project resources and vendors
    • Communicate with owners, designers, and subcontractors
    • Ensure project is progressing according to schedule
    • Review and organize project documentation

    DESCRIPTION

    In this role, you will plan, direct, and coordinate construction activities to complete projects within the prescribed time and budget. This position will manage all project documentation including plans, specifications, submittals, RFI requests, and schedules. A Project Manager will be expected to track all funds spent, review invoices, produce budget reports, and negotiate change orders. This position consists of typical Monday-Friday working hours and may periodically require weekend, or after-hours work, depending on the project and circumstances.

    REQUIREMENTS

    TYPICAL DUTIES

    In this role, you will manage onsite project laborers and subcontractors to complete projects safely and within the prescribed timeline. This position will monitor all work before, during, and after execution to manage quality control. A Superintendent will be expected to analyze and interpret all construction documents and make decisions to resolve project issues. This position consists of typical Monday-Friday working hours and may periodically require weekend, or after-hours work, depending on the project and circumstances.

    DESCRIPTION

    In this role, you will maintain and organize project documents to further your knowledge of construction project management. This position will assist Project Managers in meetings, submittal reviews, and schedule creation. At times, a Project Engineer will be expected to assist in other duties related to project management.     REQUIREMENTS

    • Knowledge of grade elevations and general installation of pipe
    • Supervision experience with crews of three or more

    DESCRIPTION

    In this role, you will lead a crew of three or more members consisting of operators and form carpenters. This position oversees daily tasks regarding installation of utilities to include pipe and concrete work. A utility foreman will be expected to work alongside crew members while maintaining quality and schedule. This position consists of typical Monday-Friday working hours and may periodically require weekend, or after-hours work, depending on the project and circumstances.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Field experience with commercial construction projects
    • Ability to accurately read construction drawings and grade elevations
    • Experience operating a variety of equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.)

    TYPICAL DUTIES

    • Perform earthwork and grading
    • Install or remove utilities
    • Operate equipment as directed by foreman
    • Conduct preventitive equipment maintenance

    DESCRIPTION

    In this role, you will take direction from a foreman/superintendent while working alongside other crew members. This position will operate a variety of equipment for scopes of work pertaining to earthwork, utilities, and concrete. At times, an operator will be expected to assist in other duties related to general site work. This position consists of typical Monday-Friday working hours and may periodically require weekend, or after-hours work, depending on the project and circumstances.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Field experience forming, placing, and finishing concrete
    • Willingness to learn how to operate a skid steer

    TYPICAL DUTIES

    • Cut, bend, and tie rebar
    • Set forms and place rebar/wire mesh
    • Place, float, and finish concrete surface
    • Perform other duties as directed by foreman

    DESCRIPTION

    In this role, you will take direction from a foreman/superintendent while working alongside other crew members. This position will assist in all aspects of concrete work including preparing, placing, and finishing of concrete surfaces. At times, a form carpenter will be expected to assist in other duties related to general site work. This position consists of typical Monday-Friday working hours and may periodically require weekend, or after-hours work, depending on the project and circumstances.
