Project Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience leading commercial construction projects (5+ years)
- Experience creating project schedules
- Experience reviewing construction documents (submittals, plans, specifications, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Project
- OSHA-10 Certification
TYPICAL DUTIES
- Coordinate all project resources and vendors
- Communicate with owners, designers, and subcontractors
- Ensure project is progressing according to schedule
- Review and organize project documentation
DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will plan, direct, and coordinate construction activities to complete projects within the prescribed time and budget. This position will manage all project documentation including plans, specifications, submittals, RFI requests, and schedules. A Project Manager will be expected to track all funds spent, review invoices, produce budget reports, and negotiate change orders.
